Welcome to Cantriya, the official site for Travel in Canada at cantriya.com. By accessing our site and purchasing our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your access to and use of Cantriya services provided through cantriya.com. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

2. Tours and Experiences

Cantriya offers guided tours, excursions, and experiences across Canada. All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Due to supplier arrangements, reimbursements are not permitted once a booking is confirmed. However, clients may request a reschedule up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Requests received after that timeframe cannot be accommodated.

3. Digital Products

Digital products, including e-guides and itineraries, are delivered via download immediately after purchase. Customers may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed the download link. After the 14-day period or once access is granted, no reimbursement is available.

4. Merchandise

Merchandise purchased through Cantriya includes apparel, accessories, and souvenirs. Items may be exchanged or replaced within 30 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers must ship the item back to our facility at their own cost. Once the item has arrived and been inspected, we will process a reimbursement to the original payment method.

5. Reimbursement Policy

All reimbursement requests are processed via the original payment method and completed within 10 business days of approval. For tours and experiences, see section 2. For digital products, see section 3. For merchandise, see section 4. Rescheduling of tours is subject to availability and must comply with the timing rules above.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario.
